Rengelekel Belau, Inc. is a youth empowerment non-profit organization in the Republic of Palau. The Palauan word RENGELEKEL means "children of" so our organization is focused on supporting, empowering, and strengthening all Palauans.

We believe in cultivating an environment where young minds thrive, where inspiration meets action, where creativity and resilience are nurtured, and where Palauan youth strive for personal excellence and collective action that transforms their communities.

The MISSION of Rengelekel Belau is to empower Palauan youth through dynamic events, enriching content, and impactful development programs that allow them to explore their potential, express their creativity, and cultivate the skills necessary for personal and professional success.

Our VISION is for a thriving community where Palauan youth embody Palauan culture and are empowered to dream big and act boldly.

We plan to accomplish our mission and vision through these activities:

* Youth Events – Through planning, organizing, and facilitating youth-focused events and activities.

* Youth Content – By designing, producing and publishing youth-related content, materials, research, and products.

* Youth Training – By providing youth-centered personal and professional development programs.
